Common FAQs that customers have for this product:

1. Is it long lasting?

ANS: YES babes! It stimulates natural growth of your eyelashes, and of course it will not become shorter after you have stopped using it :)

2. What if it went into my eyes?

ANS: It's okay if it went into your eyes, as it's made of all natural ingredients and there is no preservatives, therefore if it accidentally went into your eyes, your vision might be slightly blurred (due to the oil), but it's definitely harmless and you just need to wash it to get rid of it ya :)

3. What is the best time for me to apply this?

ANS: The best time for you to apply this is before you sleep, as our eyelashes absorb better during our sleeping time, further, that's the time when you didn't blink your eyes -- which means it won't get into your eyes easily! :)

4. Since it comes in the form of capsules, how do I keep it?

ANS: Check out the few simple steps:
(i) Firstly, to use it, you have to use a needle to poke a hole on the capsule.
(ii) Squeeze a little oil on your brush / cleansed finger (as you prefer)
(iii) Apply the oil carefully on your eyelashes and also the root of your eyelashes.
(iv) Keep the oil in a small and clean container - Don't worry about it spilling! The hole on the capsule will seal back by itself ;)

5. How do I buy it?

ANS: You can choose to buy the whole package, or buy 2 or 3 of them to try out. Promotions available will be listed below :D

6. Any other things that I have to take note of?

ANS : Be careful not to apply too much, as it's natural oil, and I'm not pretty sure if anyone will develop any oil seeds (but worry not! All of my customers never experienced that before - just a gentle reminder for you all - and I have sold more than 350 capsules ^^ )
